Do you charge the same prices as the store?
Yes. We charge the same in-store prices for groceries — no inflated markups or variable pricing.
What is the service fee?
A standard service fee of 30% is applied to all orders. This fee supports local operations, order processing, and reliable delivery service. The fee is applied consistently and transparently at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All pricing, including the service fee and any applicable taxes, is clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Where do you deliver?
We currently offer grocery delivery throughout the Vail Valley, including:

How do I choose my delivery date?
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to select your preferred delivery date using our delivery calendar.
What is your delivery cutoff time?
Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:59 PM will be scheduled for the next day delivery date.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
At this time, we do offer same-day delivery. Please contact us by phone to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality service for same day orders.
What days do you deliver?
Delivery is available 7 days a week. Available dates are shown in the delivery calendar at checkout.
Order Management
Can I change my delivery date after placing an order?
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may not always be guaranteed.
What if an item is unavailable?
If an item is unavailable, we will either:

Substitute with a comparable item when appropriate, or

Remove the item from your order
Any adjustments will be reflected in your final total.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
You do not need to be at the residence. We love to have it waiting for you when you arrive. We just need the access instructions to get in to stock your order. If we are not able to deliver before you arrive, we will just wait until someone is there to let us in. If you have special delivery instructions, please include them during checkout.
